Justin & Hailey Bieber Reflect On Their 'Meant To Be' Wedding Day & Show Video Clips In New 'Seasons' Episode

It’s been just over four months since Justin and Hailey Bieber tied the knot (again) during their official wedding ceremony in South Carolina.

While we’ve seen plenty of photos from the bride, groom, and guests from their big day, we got a look inside the chapel in the eighth episode of JB’s YouTube docuseries Justin Bieber: Seasons.

But before they could make it to the alter, Hail had to say yes first. While getting dressed on the big day, the Yummy singer recalled how nervous he was to ask his then-girlfriend for her hand in marriage during a vacation in July 2018:

“She just walked down the stairs…and I was just there with the ring. And I was shaking and I was just like, ‘I’ve loved you for so long and I just can’t see myself being with anybody else. I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you marry me?'”

Obviously she said yes, and the two were so excited to get their lives started as man and wife that they wed in secret just months later. But prior to all this marital bliss, the model reflected on how lonely she used to be. Speaking about one time in particular during her sister Alaia Baldwin‘s wedding, she shared:

“I was at my sister’s wedding in 2017, and I remember, the wedding was over, I was in my hotel room and I was with my parents and I just remember I was crying. I couldn’t stop crying because, I was really lonely for a really long time.”

We’re so glad she’s so happy now! And so is he! Speaking about their long-anticipated South Carolina ceremony, Mrs. Bieber explained:

“We kept it really small because it makes it so much more fun. And the little things that I was worried about, none of that energy got brought into the actual day.”

Aww, so cute!!

She added:

“Everything happened the exact way it was supposed to, I really believe that. Even all the little mishaps that might’ve happened and us stumbling over our words, whatever it was, I think that it was so meant to be.”
