The Boyfriend singer got into some trouble when photographer Jeffrey Binion claimed that the Biebs and his posse attacked him, taking away his camera and playing ‘Monkey In The Middle’ with him!
Well, Justin’s luck with monkeys isn’t getting any better because now that photog is suing him!
The paparazzo claims that it wasn’t simply a game of keep away- he filed a report saying bodyguard Hugo Hesny threatened him with a gun- at the behest of the Biebs!
Binion is seeking punitive damages for physical and mental anguish. Lawyer Russell S. Adler says:
“Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber├óΓé¼Γäós violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions.”
Wow! Talk about some serious allegations! If this can be proved, it might mean more than a lawsuit- it could mean criminal charges!
