Justin Bieber Terrorizes The Streets Once AGAIN - But This Time It's With A Bicycle! Watch Out LA!

Justin Bieber is at it again!!
On Thursday, Biebs bought a bicycle at a Sports Chalet in El Lay and then he proceeded to ride it all over town (mostly on pedestrian sidewalks).
Justin purchased the bike after a probation meeting at the courthouse for his vandalism charge aka EGG GATE.
We guess Justin needed to blow off a little steam after his visit!
As long as Biebs steers clears of pedestrians, we think his bike riding is fine!
