Can you believe Justin Bieber is involved in another paparazzi scuffle?!
Holy Bieberoni! Make it stop.
In the past few months alone, Justy and his security team have been accused of strangling, allegedly pulling a gun on a paparazzo, AND stealing from photogs.
Well…
One of the cameramen is FINALLY striking back.
Earlier this month, Justin was caught in an altercation with a pap outside the Hit Factory recording studio in Miami. The Biebs was caught on tape taking Gustavo Garces‘ camera and saying:
“I’m gonna give you your camera back. I’m gonna take your SIM card though.”
Now, Gustavo has lawyered up, sending a letter to Biebzie’s manager informing the team he plans on filing a lawsuit and he needs the SIM card as evidence!!!
Garces also demands the Boyfriend singer not mess with with the card because that would be tampering with evidence.
Bieber’s peeps have yet to comment!!!
But Baby Baby Baby Ohhhhh do we think this will be a great court case…
