A new video of the singer has surfaced, and it has Beliebers thinking he’s tweaking on meth. And in case you missed it, this comes not long after manager Scooter Braun expressed his concerns over the star possibly overdosing one day.

The short clip shows Hailey Baldwin‘s fiancé meeting fans in New York, and he appears to be shaking as he continuously rubs one Beliebers’ back!

The video alleges JB is “tweaking on meth again,” and it has people on Twitter super concerned as they very much seem to believe the reported claim:
Obviously there’s no word on what was actually going on with Justin in that video, but we hope these meth allegations don’t turn out to be true!
