Justin Bieber fans are seriously worried.
A new video of the singer has surfaced, and it has Beliebers thinking he’s tweaking on meth. And in case you missed it, this comes not long after manager Scooter Braun expressed his concerns over the star possibly overdosing one day.

The short clip shows Hailey Baldwin‘s fiancé meeting fans in New York, and he appears to be shaking as he continuously rubs one Beliebers’ back!
