Sounds like Justin Bieber’s a trailblazer in more ways than one!
It├óΓé¼Γäós almost been two weeks since Justin’s high-speed chase against the paparazzi and it seems as though the California Highway Patrol is ready to take charge!
Reportedly, the pap — who chased the Biebs down the 101 Freeway at speeds reaching 100 mph — could put Cali├óΓé¼Γäós new anti-paparazzi law into action!
Supposedly, the photog could be charged with not only reckless driving, but also, the law that prohibits paps from endangering people while attempting to snap pics or video!
The CHP has recommended both charges to the L.A. City Attorney, who currently has the file under investigation.
If criminal charges are brought against the pesky pap, he could end up facing a one year prison sentence!
Hopefully, the law will prevent even more dangerous situations like this from occurring. We can’t have anything bad happening to our precious Biebs!
