Justin Bieber Prank Calls Hair Salon

Justin Bieber joined Ryan Seacrest on the air earlier today in Los Angeles. The talkshow host then convinced the Biebs to do a prank call.
The duo called a local “Dry Bar” in Los Angeles, a salon that just blow dries hair, and asked if they did “The Bieber” blow dry.
