Yesterday, fans camped out in the streets of Mexico City, anxiously awaiting Justin Bieber to take the stage for a free concert!
Before the Biebs took the stage in front of a MASSIVE crowd of nearly 300,000 ever-loving Beliebers, he took a moment to take it all in and get a little emotional!
