Hundreds of Justin Bieber fans lined the streets of NYC on Tuesday, with the hopes of meeting their Boyfriend and getting his autograph!
The Biebs was doing a signing for his chart-topping album Believe, which dropped yesterday, at J & R Music World in Manhattan!

As for that plaque in JB’s hands??? Bieber was awarded a proclamation from the city of Manhattan, which declared June 19 as Justin Bieber J&R Appreciation Day in the city!
What an honor!
After all the pandemonium and madness, Justin tweeted:

Can’t say the Biebs doesn’t know how to please his many adoring fans!!! He even drew with a Sharpie on his arms, “I love u” and “Beliebers!”
