Justin Bieber Serenades Beliebers In French On NBC Special!

Last night, NBC aired part one of Justin Bieber’s FIRST TV special, Justin Bieber: All Around The World!
The special took fans behind the scenes with the Biebs and his J Cam, as he travelled the world as a part of his global promo tour for his Believe album!
Part one covered JB’s trips to Oslo, London and Paris — including his now infamous run-in with the glass wall!!
