Things just aren’t getting any easier for Justin Bieber and his flailing reputation!
He’s had quite a few memorable encounters with paparazzi over the past few years, and it sounds like a run-in from 2012 is coming back to haunt him.
Last year, back when he and Selena Gomez were still an item, you may or may not recall that he got into a physical altercation with a paparazzo whilst spending a romantic day with Ms. Gomez in Calabasas.
Justin apparently kicked the paparazzo in the chest, causing chest pains and immediate hospitalization.
Now, Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran (the paparazzo involved) is coming back to sue Bieber for the incident.
The wording in the suit describes Justin’s actions as follows:
“[he] delivered a martial arts-type kick … in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen.”
The suit goes on to say that Justin also punched Jose in the face. The lawsuit additionally throws in other alleged non-Jose related paparazzi incidents. Guess Jose’s own woes weren├óΓé¼Γäót enough?
But it just goes to show that violence never pays off! No matter how frustrated Justin was, he should’ve known that a physical altercation would not go unnoticed!!
And it looks like this time the Biebs may have to pay up. No word on how much, though.
