In the criminal justice system, the people of Miami are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the police, who investigate Bizzle’s alleged drag racing; and the district attorneys, who prosecute the Biebsy. These are their stories. Dun dun!
We reported earlier how Justin Bieber wanted special treatment and asked for a trial extension for his DUI case!
Objection! Surely, no judge would acquiesce to such a plea, right? Right?!
Wrong! Judge William Altfield granted Bizzle’s lawyers request to postpone the DUI trial yesterday, and now Justin’s officially going to court on July 7, months after his original early May date.
Attorney Roy Black said that more time was needed to gather and review evidence!
We’ll see if any new evidence comes to light. In the meantime, we hope Biebsy stays out of trouble, doesn’t hit any limo drivers, and certainly doesn’t commit another cultural faux pas like he did in Japan.
