Teen Vogue‘s Young Hollwood cover boy Justin Bieber was noticeably absent from their party on Friday, but don’t worry he had a good excuse!
According to his rep the tween sensation was in South Africa.
Since Biebs was a no show, he’s earned himself the title of first ever cover star to NOT attend the party.
