JWoww is demanding that a judge dismiss Roger Mathews‘ most recent divorce petition!
The news — first reported by Radar Online — comes after court documents filed late last week in which Mathews requested that a judge find the couple’s initial prenuptial agreement from September 2015 “invalid and unenforceable.”

Well, in that request, the 32-year-old’s ex also asked the judge to grant him primary physical custody of the couple’s two children, Meilani, four, and Greyson, two — as well as “reasonable child support” to care for the children financially… which did NOT sit well with Jenni.
Late this week, JWoww’s legal team responded by filing paperwork demanding that the judge dismiss Roger’s request outright, with her lawyers arguing in the docs (below):
“[Farley] demands judgment dismissing the counterclaim, together with such further relief as the court shall deem just and proper.”
Previously, Jenni had asked the court for joint custody as well as her own level of child support from Roger… so it’s pretty clear these two do NOT see eye-to-eye on much of anything!
We’ll see what comes of this development, but one thing is for certain: the Jersey Shore star and her estranged husband are far from finished fighting it out in court…
