Jenni “JWoww” Farley is planning ANOTHER boob job to make her already sizable chest even more humongous!

The Jersey Shore star was seen visiting plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Greenberg’s offices in Long Island and a source revealed, “She wants to get it done as soon as possible to be ready for the new season.”

JWoww’s rep didn’t comment, but we imagine she’s probably saving their big debut for the show’s premiere.
