Kanye West‘s list of internet enemies is only getting longer.
On Tuesday, the rapper took to Twitter to share a screengrab of the song he was listening to at the time, which was Death with Dignity by Sufjan Stevens. Totally harmless move, right?
WRONG.

Popular DJ deadmau5 took a closer look at the image and was NOT happy with some of the other tabs open on Yeezy’s computer. So naturally, he called Kim Kardashian West‘s husband out, tweeting:

For those of you who are unfamiliar, Serum is digital synthesizer software sold through Xfer Records by the electronic artist’s old friend Steve Duda.
After looking at Ye’s webpage tabs, it appears as though the hitmaker was attempting to rip the software through piracy site The Pirate Bay.
So, the 35-year-old called out the Famous songsmith, adding:

When Kanye’s fans tried to stand up for him, the music producer shot back by instead raising the issue of software pirating:

In fact, deadmau5 even appeared to create — and ultimately delete — a GoFundMe page for the 38-year-old’s Serum purchase:

But that COULD be because Mötley Crüe founding member Tommy Lee chipped in 200 of his own dollars to fill the quota, because he chimed in:

And deadmau5 approved this contribution:

At this point, the Canada native appeared to be finished with the public Kanye-bashing, writing:

But while the EDM musician was done, Kanye hadn’t even begun.
After deadmau5 signed off, the famous father took to social media to clap back by mocking his name and resemblance to Disney darling Mickey Mouse. Ch-ch-check out his rebuttals (below)!

So, yeah. That was a very interesting response from a very, well, interesting man. We can’t wait to see if deadmau5 has anything to say about Kanye’s recent rant!
