Now that this famous family is out of the hospital — because they FINALLY settled on a name for little Saint West — it looks like the 38-year-old is back in business!

The rapper was snapped on Tuesday on his way to his Calabasas office now that North West‘s little brother has been born — and he looks, dare we say, happy?!
The proud poppa was caught on camera (above) talking on the phone and flashing a peace sign to the paparazzi. A PEACE SIGN! Do we even know this man?
