Kanye West Reaches Settlement In Assault Lawsuit With Former Personal Assistant -- Details

Kanye West Settles Sexual Assault Lawsuit With Former Personal Assistant

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

Kanye West‘s legal battle with his former personal assistant is over.

As we previously reported, Lauren Pisciotta filed a lawsuit against the rapper in 2024 for sexual assault and harassment. She claimed Ye unfairly fired her after sending tons of disturbing texts and videos. She also accused him of masturbating and touching her vagina while at a hotel. Furthermore, she alleged the record producer drugged and raped her during a studio session with Diddy. And all that only scratches the surface of the alleged nightmare she faced while working for Kanye. Awful. But two years later, they have now reached a settlement.

According to court documents Lauren’s attorneys submitted to Los Angeles court on Tuesday, which TMZ obtained, she and Kanye settled the lawsuit on July 23. Details of the settlement are under wraps right now. However, what we do know, according to the outlet, is that the settlement is “unconditional” and that a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of July 23.

Neither Lauren nor Kanye has addressed the settlement at this time. What are your reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments (below).
