Kardashians Appeal Kroma Injunction! Won't Go Down Without A Fight!

We feel like we’re on a merry-go-round and can’t get off!
A few days ago we told you that Kroma Makeup (one of the two companies suing the Kardashians for trademark infringement) had gotten an injunction in its favor against Boldface, which is the company that manufactures Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe‘s Khroma Beauty line.
Now Boldface has filed an appeal to stay the injunction with its lawyers arguing that, “if the current stay is lifted and the injunction issues, Boldface stands to lose tens of millions of dollars, and will likely be put of out business.”
The judge responsible for the preliminary injunction, Audrey B. Collins, had determined that Kroma Makeup would lose out on hundreds of thousands, and maybe even millions, of dollars if the Kardashians’ Khroma line was allowed to be in stores.
However, even if Boldface loses lots of ca$$$h, it’s no big deal for the K sisters.
While they may lose out on royalties, their $1 million signing fee is already in the bank!
