Kate Beckinsale Claps Back At Commenter Over Rumored 22-Year-Old Beau Goody Grace

Kate Beckinsale is not here for your negativity!

The 46-year-old brushed off an unwanted comment about her rumored new man, 22-year-old Goody Grace, which was posted on an Instagram video where she was trying out a new trend with her adorable cat while social distancing.

The user wrote:

“Try and see if your new tom boy will adhere”

Without reading too much into things, they could have been referring to Beckinsale’s cat refusing to enter the square on the floor she had specifically outlined, but she read a bit deeper into the misuse of the phrase “boy toy.”

In response, Kate replied:

“Try and see if you can spell and not just goon yourself straight out the gate”

As we previously shared, romance rumors sparked just recently with the Canadian musician, when the two were spotted walking her dog. But according to TMZ, they may have actually been slyly seeing each other since January!

ICYMI, over the past few years since her split from director husband Len Wiseman in 2015, the Serendipity star has been romantically linked exclusively to talented men who were about 15-20 years her junior. Hunky comedian Matt Rife was only 22 when they dated for about a year in 2017, and up next was British actor and comic Jack Whitehall, who was about 30 at the time.

But of course, her most famous fling was when she happily served as a rebound relationship for Pete Davidson after Ariana Grande suddenly ended their engagement in the spring of 2019. He just turned 26 a few months ago, and that was young for some people, but her new beau shaves a few extra years off that. Oh, and let’s not forget the Van Helsing actress has also been linked to Davidson’s BFF Machine Gun Kelly!

The rocker is just a year older than the actress’ daughter Lily, which is what has raised the most red flags for fans. However, the 21-year-old apparently isn’t bothered by it. A source told Us Weekly earlier this month:

“Kate’s daughter isn’t bothered by the fact that Kate likes younger guys and she is just used to it at this point. Kate is attracted to younger guys that are creative — that’s just her type.”
