Kate Beckinsale's 22-Year-Old Beau Is 'The Perfect Quarantine Boyfriend'

Kate Beckinsale is getting in plenty of quality time with her new beau!!

As we previously shared, the 46-year-old is dating Canadian musician Goody Grace, and it seems like things are going swimmingly thus far. A source tells People:

“They are still quarantined together at her home.”

Despite the 24-year age gap, Beckinsale apparently finds him “very mature,” per the insider:

“Kate enjoys his company. She finds him very mature, smart and creative. He entertains her with music, they cook and watch movies. She thinks he is the perfect quarantine boyfriend.”

As you’ll recall, the pair were first spotted together in early April on a hike outside Los Angeles, raising questions about whether or not this was safe given social distancing guidelines. A confidant confirmed at the time that not only have they already been together for a few months, but that the 22-year-old was staying with the Serendipity actress at her California home:

“She has been dating him since the beginning of the year. They have fun and Kate seems happy. His age is not an issue for her. It’s just a number.”

In case you’re not fully caught up on Kate’s dating history, we’ll give you a brief run-down. She was in a relationship with Welsh actor Michael Sheen from 1995 to early 2003 and shares 21-year-old daughter Lily Mo Sheen with him. After splitting from director Len Wiseman in 2015, she went on to date comedian Matt Rife who was 22 at the time, as well as 30-year-old comic Jack Whitehall.

But she was most famously linked to Pete Davidson up until April 2019 in what many considered to be a rebound relationship after he called it quits with fiancée Ariana Grande. How could we forget when she was later seen hanging out with Davidson’s close friend Machine Gun Kelly at a Golden Globe Awards party in January, though she has denied anything romantic going down.

The age gaps in her most recent relationships have definitely turned some heads, and she’s already shot down commenters about her romance with Grace!

As we previously reported, one Instagram user wrote:

“Try and see if your new tom boy will adhere”

Responding on the now-deleted post, Kate replied:

“Try and see if you can spell and not just goon yourself straight out the gate”
