Since Jon Gosselin drained their bank account, Kate Gosselin has a plan to get it back! The mother of eight has filed paperwork that’s asking Jon for child support and temporary spousal support.
We understand the child support, but spousal support? What’s Kate doing with all the money she’s making off of “appearances”?
According to Kate’s attorney Mark Momjian: “She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes”.
Does she really need relief or is she just playing hardball with Jon?
The application for child and spousal support was entered last week around the same time Jon left Kate with only $1,000 to live off of.
No comment has been made by Team Douchebag Jon or his shady lawyer.
Yet.
There’s still a few hours left in the day, we’re sure one of them is bound to open their mouth.
