Kate is not your average Dutchess, just willing to move in anywhere and deal with the musty, damp, smell of history!
Nope, in fact, she’s going to make the best of wherever it is she and her Duke are living — to the tune of $1500 dollars in air fresheners and candles!
“Kate is used to a more modern, relaxed environment. She felt [Kensington] had an overriding musty, damp smell, and ordered a six-month supply of her favorite products to override this. She├óΓé¼Γäós also thrown pillows around to make it look more minimalist-chic and less fuddy-duddy. William was happy to go with the flow.”
It definitely sounds like Kate wants things to feel a bit more modern, and William is definitely okay with it. She even hired Kelly Hoppen to do the interior design at the palace, requesting a modern quarter to live in!
Let’s hope it turns out beautifully!
Also, does the place have windows?? Crack one of those and boom, your air freshener budget is at least halved instantly! Ha!
