Katherine Heigl certainly likes to stay fit.
She’s always in and out of the gym.
This time she was wearing the standard workout gear (mostly black spandex) and carrying a water bottle.
We can’t confirm whether or not that’s vodka or water, but we’re pretty sure it’s water. Because she keeps it healthy! Ha!
