The shenanigans surrounding the aftermath of Michael Jackson‘s death may never go away completely, which is a sad thing to think about.
His mom, Katherine Jackson, is fighting back against a declaration document filed with the courts that slams and accuses the the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate. She says she did NOT sign it, and that her signature had been forged!
Here’s the statement:
“Mrs. Jackson categorically denies signing any statement to the court that makes accusations against the executors of any wrongdoing with respect to her son or his estate. She did not and would not make any such statements about the executors.”
Something’s afoot, that’s for sure!
The declaration itself made some pretty harsh accusations against John Branca, straight up calling him a thief.
Trent Jackson, though, nephew of Joe Jackson and Katherine’s caregiver, says that he watched Katherine sign the document, personally!
The issue that still remains now that there’s no accompanying text with the signature to show that it’s connected that that actual document, so someone nefarious could have just added it without permission.
Why can’t people just play by the rules??
If she didn’t sign it, who actually thought she’d sit back and let that happen??
Doesn’t make any sense to us to even try!
