Katherine Jackson‘s request to become an executor of her son’s estate has been informally rejected!

Katherine reportedly wants “a seat” at the co-executors table of Michael Jackson‘s estate, although no one is sure to whether she wants to join John Branca and John McClain as the third co-executor or if she would rather be the sole executor of MJ’s estate.
Jackson’s mother is now represented by MJ’s former lawyer, Londell McMillan, who says Katherine and Joe hired him because they were “concerned” over Jackson’s estate.
McMillan is “optimistic” the executor matter can be handled with grace, but he’s “prepared to go the distance if Mrs. Jackson directs to do so.”
