Kathy Griffin is taking on the impossible: replacing the late Joan Rivers as the captain of the Fashion Police.
We mean, how do you fill the designer shoes of a red carpet legend like Joan? Why would anyone even try?

Kathy actually didn’t think she could or would do it.
But it was the blessing of Melissa Rivers that changed her mind. She said:
“Melissa called me and she said, ‘I know that my mom would have given you and you alone the blessing,’ and that really was it… Melissa was Joan’s world. Everybody knows that.”
So how does Kathy plan on carrying on Joan’s legacy? By being fearless. She says:
“I think that Joan took the show to another level and I will do it in my way because obviously we are two completely different people… I think that I will continue in the tradition of not being afraid to say what we’re all thinking at home in our PJs watching.”
Sounds good to us! Gotta be honest!
