Spring makeovers keep coming!
Kelly Osbourne is the latest celeb to give herself a bit of an image overhaul in honor of the weather warming up and flowers blooming and all that good stuff!
The Fashion Police co-host posted a pic of her new ‘do Sunday, which featured blunt bangs and a buzzed side to Instagram, and wrote:

In addition to the “no bottom mascara” look, Miz Osbourne rocked lilac lips and some rad nail art!
