Kelly Osbourne gave Kim Kardashian a run for her bronzed money last night at the E! Upfront Presentations in New York City.
The Fashion Police star worked her orange tinge in a navy blue dress with a white ruffled bib, white Aldo platform sandals, and her legally lavender locks styled into a big bouffant.
Between the makeup mishap and her outfit, she easily earned herself a spot on this week’s worst dressed list.
Next time go easier on the bronzer, Kel.
