Kelly Osbourne Wears Lace For An Evening With Piers Morgan

Kelly Osbourne showed off her British pride on Friday at the BritWeek Gala hosted by Piers Morgan.
For the charitable event benefiting the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the Fashion Policewoman donned a lace Anthony Franco dress with a bedazzled waistband, glittery Chanel heels and a Judith Leiber clutch.
The dress is pretty, but it kinda fights with Kelly O’s hair and makeup.
