Kelly Osbourne debuted her new shorter ‘do at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and she’s loving the heck out of it!
The Fashion Policer shared a barefaced pic (above) on Friday, saying:

“Make up free and loving it!”

Wooo! There’s no better feeling than an entirely different ‘do! And just in time for summer too!
While we love Kelly’s longer locks, we have to admit that she makes this style look fierce!
