We’d love to say Kellyanne Conway was facing serious consequences for the highly unethical endorsement of Ivanka Trump‘s clothing line.
But that would be an alternative fact.
It’s a severe conflict of interest for a government employee to, in doing her job, promote a private business as she did when she said on Fox & Friends that Americans should “buy Ivanka’s stuff.”

But sadly, according to the White House, Donald Trump‘s counselor has merely been “counseled.”
Yep, that’s it. We don’t know exactly what that means, but we’re guessing she was told what she did was very, very wrong and that she should never, ever do it again.
