Hold the phone! Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi may actually be a thing after all!
If you have been keeping up, you know that the pair sparked romance rumors when DeuxMoi reported they were making out and “all over each other” during an afterparty for Justin Bieber following his headlining gig at Coachella this month. Fans thought a hot new celebrity couple was emerging from the desert, but then sources squashed those hopes!

Kenny apparently didn’t want anything more than a fun festival make out and slammed the brakes on a romantic future with Jacob because of “his schedule and ego.” Also, the hunky actor wasn’t her type! We know, you’re asking yourselves HOW right now! That man is fiiiiine!
It turns out, however, that Jacob is Kendall’s type! Because they have been secretly seeing each other for months! According to Dailymail.com on Tuesday, the supermodel and Euphoria star have been dating for two months. A source for People also confirmed Jacob and Kendall have “been hanging out and getting to know each other the last couple months.” We guess the reunion between The Kissing Booth alum and his ex-girlfriend Olivia Jade in January didn’t last long then, and he moved on quickly!
Kylie Jenner is reportedly to thank for that! She decided to meddle in her big sister’s love life and play matchmaker between Kenny and Jacob! The insider for Dailymail.com explained:
“Kylie was around Jacob a lot during [her boyfriend] Timothée’s [Chalamet] award season marathon because Jacob was nominated for Frankenstein and Timothee was nominated for Marty Supreme. Kylie liked him and thought he would be good for Kenny so she was like, ‘girl, get on it, date this guy already.'”
Kendall has actually known Jacob for years! Back in 2022, he attended the reality star’s birthday party. They were also caught having a deep conversation at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in March. And if the reports are true, they were likely seeing each other by then! Wonder what they were talking about! Were they planning a hot date?
Ky is ultimately the reason Jacob got “out of the friend zone” with Kendall, the insider claimed. Calling the makeup mogul “the leader” of the sisters, they continued:
“Kylie is the alpha sister and pushed Kenny to start a romance with Jacob because she wanted to set up double dates with Timothée.”
Well, Kylie got her wish! The source said the four of them hung out at Kendall’s house in Los Angeles and became close, adding:
“And Kenny found out she just clicked with Jacob … there was chemistry.”
It looks like Kylie may have an award show buddy now — if Kendall and Jacob last that long!
