Everyone knows not to mess with the Kardashian/Jenner name!
But a waitress at New York’s Mercer Kitchen did just that when she called out Kendall Jenner for supposedly skipping out on her bill and then throwing money in her face after the waitress chased her down.
Now, she’s going to have to deal with the wrath of the reality TV star!
While Kendall has already tried to clear her name over Twitter, she’s now aiming to make her point by SUING the waitress!
Kendall’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is claiming she has been defamed and WILL sue if necessary.
The letter has her admitting to accidentally skipping out on the bill, but that’s where the similarities end. Kendall claims the waitress did come up to her, but she was “extremely apologetic” and paid the complete bill plus tip. And she apparently didn’t pay it by throwing it, but by handing it to her instead.
And just to put a final nail in this matter, Marty added:
“Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.”
Ouch. That burn has got to hurt.
While we may never know how the money was given – unless Keeping Up With the Kardashian cameras were there – we hope these ladies can resolve this peacefully.
But maybe someone should keep all throwable things away from Kendall until it’s over. LOLz!
