This is one of those looks that make people who don’t follow fashion go, “WTF.”
Well, at least they can rest easy this will probably only appear on the runway, although who knows!
Kendall Jenner made the most of her baby blue rubber (?) thigh-high boots with ruffle detailing as she took to the Fendi runway in Milan on Thursday.

The supermodel’s actual clothing was more on the normal side, as she wore a dark blue wool coat with green fur lapels over what appeared to be a striped and floral embroidered dress.
But those boots were downright surgical!
After the show, Kenny changed immediately into black leggings and a beanie but kept the psychedelic blue eyeshadow to scrub off later.
She was also seen carrying ice cream though not actually eating it.
