Kendra Duggar has strict terms to follow after being released from jail!
As you know, the 27-year-old was arrested on four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree. Her husband, Joseph Duggar, got slapped with the same charges following his arrest for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl in 2020.
According to a source for Us Weekly, those charges are unrelated to the allegations against the 31-year-old former reality star. However, they are the result of a home investigation conducted after his arrest because the couple has four minor children.
Law enforcement did a home study due to the molestation charges, where they allegedly found that Joseph and Kendra “had two rooms where the lock of the doorknob was on the outside instead of inside,” which is “evidence that she wrongly detains her kids.” Another insider close to the investigation told People that the locks were found on the “doors of rooms where the children would be.”

Kendra was ultimately booked into the Washington County Detention Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on March 20, but released the same day after paying a $1,470 bond and agreeing to certain conditions. According to Us Weekly on Friday, which obtained Kendra’s conditional release, before she left jail, a judge required her to sign an agreement that she would “have no contact” with any of her “unnamed victims.”
The district attorney noted Kendra could not reach out to them “by telephone (including text), in person, by computer or through other people.” If she violated the terms, she may face “a separate offense resulting in [her] arrest and/or bond revocation” and could even be “subject to jail pending trial.” She is also required to attend a hearing at Elm Springs and Tontitown District Court at 2 p.m. on April 29.
Interestingly, Kendra revealed in a phone call with Joseph that she is in hiding with their kids hours after her release on March 20. According to a recording obtained by People, she asked her husband, who is currently in solitary confinement, during a phone call to the jail:
“Did you hear that I’m out here with, um, did you hear where I’m at and everything?”
Joseph then informed Kendra not to share the location. Although she disagreed at first, she decided not to share her whereabouts but instead said:
“They brought me to a good place to stay that’s very private.”
Children could be heard running around and playing in the background, as Kendra changed topics and questioned how Joseph is “doing” behind bars. He replied that he is “reading the Bible,” which has been “uplifting” and “has really been helpful and calming to think about all the situation – situations.” Kendra offered to bring him other reading material, but he didn’t answer her afterward. After two minutes without a response, she hung up the phone.
