Kerry Washington's Clouds Did NOT Have A Silver Lining At The Scandal-Inspired Clothing Line Launch!

Hope no one was reaching for the sky last night…
…because the sky was all over Kerry Washington‘s dress!!
The Scandal star attended The Limited‘s Scandal-inspired clothing collection launch in New York on Monday wearing a denim Giles Deacon number that looked like it was covered in fluffy clouds.
How, um, out of the blue! Ha!
Unfortunately, not even the actress’ Roger Vivier shoes or mismatched golden clutch provided the silver lining this dress needed to work.
Oh well, we love nearly everything else Miz Washington wears!
