Tensions are running high for this pop princess, and we can’t blame her!
Kesha was supposed to find out the court ruling in her lawsuit against Dr. Luke on Tuesday, but now things have changed.
On Monday, the singer took to Instagram to reveal that her hearing had been postponed, sharing:
I love everyone. Thank you for your support. Due to travel problems with the weather it’s been postponed until feb 19A photo posted by Kesha (@iiswhoiis) on Jan 25, 2016 at 11:56am PST
The New York State Supreme Court ruling will determine whether or not the gorgeous gal will be able to get out of her contract with Dr. Luke’s record label, and finally make new music again.

For those of you who don’t remember, the singer sued the producer back in 2014 for physical, sexual, emotional, and verbal abuse, and in the docs she asked to be released from her legal arrangement with him.
Over the past week, the musician has been sharing her stress on social media, posting on Monday — before she learned the hearing was postponed:
tomorrow- nerves are going nuts. can’t sleep. but I know in the end it’s all gonna be ok. it’s a fucking rollercoaster but that’s life. and I will never stop making art. maybe my life will go down an unexpected path, but the message will always be the same. love, acceptance, compassion, equal rights, human rights, animal rights. and that really is my passion and purpose. and no one can ever stop me from fighting the good fight. don’t worry babes├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Åluv you allA photo posted by Kesha (@iiswhoiis) on Jan 25, 2016 at 5:34am PST
She also opened up on Thursday about how this ruling can make or break her career:
the universe is speaking to me today. I am filled with so much anxiety and hope and nerves and doubt and all my emotions are going crazy. if u pray, I could use one this week. I find out the fate of my career Tuesday….A photo posted by Kesha (@iiswhoiis) on Jan 21, 2016 at 9:46am PST
And since her legal limbo isn’t allowing her to create new material, the artist has taken to singing covers.
The star has performed renditions of her past hits with a band called Yeast Infection, and recently sang a version of Amazing Grace.

On Sunday, she also posted an inspiring message about her ongoing courtroom battle, posting:
money isn’t the answer. fame isn’t the point. for me, it’s about connection and love. and happiness. and no one can take that away. they can enslave and beat you down. bully you. hurt you. kill you even. but no one has control over your happiness. keep smiling. it’s the greatest revenge.A photo posted by Kesha (@iiswhoiis) on Jan 24, 2016 at 10:14am PST
The blonde beauty also thanked her fans for sticking by her during this tough time:
I love my fans so much. thank you for all the support you guys have given me in this legal situation. there comes a point in life when the truth is the only option. I have to trust that the universe will guide me from there.A photo posted by Kesha (@iiswhoiis) on Jan 22, 2016 at 2:50pm PST
We can’t imagine the kind of pressure Kesha is under, especially now that she has to wait another month — instead of another day — to find out the fate of her career.
