The battle continues.
On Monday, Kesha dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against producer Dr. Luke in California, but will continue her dispute in New York.

For the NY suit, the 29-year-old artist is appealing an April ruling that negated her rape accusations, and her attempt to get out of her contract with Luke’s label, Kemosabe Records.
For the past two years, the former collaborators have been involved in a bitter legal battle that has damaged both of their careers. However, the We R Who We R singer is determined to get back on track.
According to her lawyer Daniel Petrocelli:
“We have conveyed to Sony Music and the label Kesha’s strong desire to release her next album and single as soon as possible.”
She’s already sent 28 songs to her label.
We just hope Kesha can get back on her feet! We need to hear new music ASAP!
