As you probably know, Kesha has had quite a trying year thanks to her lawsuit against Dr. Luke being dismissed — but it sounds like the 29-year-old is remaining hopeful!
On Monday, the blonde beauty decided to drop her sexual assault lawsuit in CA against the producer — though she’s still pursuing legal action in New York — and the songstress wanted to make sure her fans heard from her and felt the love!

Though most hoped for a different outcome in the Golden State, fans are extremely proud of the pop star for remaining positive and focused as she took to Instagram to share:
My fight continues. I need to get my music out. I have so much to say. This lawsuit is so heavy on my once free spirit, and I can only pray to one day feel that happiness again. I am continuing to fight for my rights in New York. Thank you for all your support. The support of my fans has been so beautiful and I’m so grateful for it.
