Kesha's Lawyer Declares Dr. Luke Is Out To 'Destroy' Her

Kesha‘s lawyer Mark Geragos isn’t holding back!
In an exclusive interview with BuzzFeed News, Mark took Dr. Luke to task for allegedly trying to end his client’s career. The statement comes on the heels of the singer’s failed bid to get out of her contract with Sony Music.

While Geragos didn’t mention anything about pursuing criminal charges for sexual assault (which the blonde could DEFINITELY still do), he reiterated his camp’s claims that Luke has an ax to grind.
Essentially, the legal rep reasons it’s not enough for a judge to order Kesha to work with another producer to fulfill the remainder of her contract… he wants her out entirely.
Speaking on the case, M.G. explained:

“It’s got to be a different imprint. It’s got to be a different label. He’s out to destroy her.”

Interesting. We guess the exec’s ability to still market and promote the musician is what’s problematic.
