Thank goodness they got him off the road! This is BEYOND reckless!
Kevin Hart was arrested early this morning in El Lay on the suspicion of driving under the influence, as the California Highway Patrol pulled him over on the 101 Freeway after he nearly drove his Mercedes into a gas tanker!
According to CPH officers, he was cited around 4:30am for “driving erratic,” “going 90 MPH” and having “almost collided with a gas tanker truck!” Furthermore, he showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests!”
He’s currently in a local jail with the charge of misdemeanor DUI and is being hold on a $5,000 bond.
As he should be!
He could have done some SERIOUS damage out there!
Here’s hoping this is the last time we hear of him behaving this way, and his lesson has been LEARNED!
