Kevin Hart must be RELIEVED!
After a most dubious drunk driving bust earlier this year, the Real Husbands of Hollywood star faced serious shade in the courtroom!
The comedian was charged with two counts of DUI after allegedly flying down the highway drunk, at 90 mph, but he just struck a miraculous deal with prosecutors to keep him out of the slammer!!
In exchange for pleading no contest to one of the DUI counts, Kevin was granted a soft sentence: three years probation and three months of alcohol education classes.
Good for him! He seems like a HIGHlariously nice dude and we’re happy that he isn’t doing hard time, but we really hope Kevin learned a lesson!
Drinking and driving is never OK! Not ever!!
We’re just so thankful no one was hurt!
