Gossip Girl's Kevin Zegers And His Girlfriend Of Six Years Are ENGAGED!

Wow! So much love in the air right now!
Get this — Damien Dalgaard is going to be a married man!
Well, okay! NOT the nefarious, drug-dealing, Little J-manipulating Gossip Girl character!
But Kevin Zegers, the actor who portrayed him, will be soon, as he has proposed to his girlfriend Jaime Field, with the wedding date planned to be sometime this summer!
And get this! He could NOT have made the ultimate declaration of love ANY more romantic!
Zegers revealed it all went down on a beach in Muskoka, Ontario, while the pair were vacation with the talent agent bride-to-be’s parents, brother and sister-in-law…all of whom he had specifically arranged to be there for the big announcement!
As he explains:

“I took Jaime out for a walk in the morning with our dog and went down to the beach and proposed. We’ve been together for six years, so I’ve been through a lot with her. I designed [the engagement ring] and did a specific movie to pay for [it].”

Oh MAN! LOLz!
He also later confirmed via Twitter:
