These Southamptoners aren’t messing around!
Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, you guys better tread lightly because you’re already on thin ice as it is!
Regardless of the so-called business boom you brought to the town, the residents are STILL trying to find ways to kick the Kardashians out!
KoKo, Kourt, and their kamera krew have been unwelcome since day one, so it isn’t totally shocking that the townies would go this far and call the police on the Kardashian sisters!
At a town board meeting, resident Joan Tulp complained about the noise that the sisters brought around town with them.
It started when they interrupted a peaceful day at the beach, Joan said:
“A beautiful and quiet day ├óΓé¼┬ª we were surrounded and our peace shattered by filmmakers and paparazzi accompanying the Kardashians.”
These people have a right to privacy and peace. They obviously did not sign up for all the clicks and flashing lights when they made their way to the beach!
Upon hearing this, East Hampton Town trustee Diane McNally was NOT happy.
Diane then went on to respond to the complaint by saying:
“Who gave the Kardashians permission to film? The trustees should have been notified if they had applied for a permit to film on the beach, and we were not notified. Filming on our beaches is disruptive. Our residents are entitled to peace and quiet. I suggest that if anyone sees the Kardashians filming on the beach, they should call the police, because they are not legally there.”
Ouch. This is probably their first and final warning.
Hopefully the production krew will be notified of this! We wouldn’t want to see Khloe and Kourt handcuffed and thrown in jail with everyone else!
