Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom are at the point of no return… they’re selling their huge mansion!!
That’s right, they just listed their $5.5 million dollar home in Tarzana, California. We guess that means that not only are THEY back on the market, but so is their home!!
Such a sad situation none-the-less. It’s been less than a month from when Khloe filed for divorce, and Khloe wasted no time listing their house on Trulia for $5.5 million.
Which is perfect, because you’ve been looking for a new place, right??
Bought in 2009 for $3.95 million, the Mediterranean home has a pool, hot tub, home theater, pool table and other shizz — including locations seen in their show.
Here’s what Trulia said:
“The couple is now seeking to officially dissolve ownership of their seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 8,000 square foot Tarzana mansion. It was rumored to be a secret pocket listing since November 2013, but now it is officially for sale on the open market.├óΓé¼┬¥
