Rip off!
Khloe Kardashian is about to get slapped with a lawsuit by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo if she doesn’t stop selling the Rich Soil t-shirt (above)!
The state of New York has ordered Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom to halt sales of the $35 t-shirt because the picture looks an awful lot like the state’s Department of Agriculture logo.
In fact, it’s practically identical.
If the two don’t remove the shirt from their joint label’s website within five days, the state will resort to dragging them to court with an argument saying:
“The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark.”
Hmm, how many lawsuits is this now for the Kardashians??
