As we reported, Kid Rock found the body of his 30-year-old personal assistant, Michael Sacha, in what appeared to be a late night ATV accident at the country star’s Nashville home last month.
On Thursday, Sacha’s autopsy report revealed that he was extremely drunk during the time of the crash. TMZ reports he had a blood alcohol level of around .21, roughly three times the legal limit.

The medical examiner also noted that Sacha’s brain was severed from his spinal cord after he suffered a severe head wound.
Sacha reportedly gave guests a ride to the end of the driveway after a cookout and crashed the ATV en route back to Rock’s home. As you know, the musician and his girlfriend discovered the crash scene the following morning and frantically called 911.
This is so, so sad.
