Kim Kardashian appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night looking like she was on her way to a red carpet event.
Kimmy wore a black, skin-tight sheer dress with a revealing, low-cut top.
And while Kim denies ever having plastic surgery done, her lady bumps were looking exceptionally round and perky, not to mention they weren’t sagging even a bit.
Maybe the 30-year-old was using some major boob tape?
Either way, Kim was looking fierce last night!
Oh, and Kourtney Kardashian was also with her.
